At Within You, each session is individually reserved for you. Please review the following cancellation and refund terms before booking.
 

Cancellations Made at Least 24 Hours Before Your Appointment
 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide notice at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time.

Cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of the session fee.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
 

Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Appointment

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

Because the appointment time has been specifically reserved for the client, the session fee will not be refunded for late cancellations.
 

No-Shows

If a client does not attend the scheduled session and has not provided cancellation notice at least 24 hours in advance, the appointment will be considered a no-show and will be non-refundable.
 

Late Arrival

Clients are responsible for joining their online session at the scheduled time.

If a client arrives late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time, and the missed portion of the appointment will not be refunded or extended.

Practitioner Cancellation

If Within You / Maria Volkova needs to cancel a scheduled session, the client may choose between:

• Rescheduling the session at no additional charge, or

• Receiving a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled session.

Any applicable refund will be processed within 14 business days.
 

Refund Method

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on the client's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
