1. About Within You

Within You is operated by Maria Volkova, a Holistic Spiritual Practitioner.

Within You offers private online services intended for spiritual exploration, personal development, education, guided reflection, experiential practice, and entertainment.

• Regression sessions

2. Practitioner Status

3. Spiritual and Experiential Nature of Services

Concepts such as energy, chakras, energetic balance, intuitive information, mediumship, spiritual influences, past lives, telekinesis, psychokinesis, and related practices are presented as spiritual, educational, metaphysical, or experiential frameworks.

They are not presented as established medical, psychological, or scientific conclusions.

Information, impressions, observations, interpretations, imagery, or experiences arising during a session should not be used as a substitute for appropriate medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional guidance.

4. Client Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to purchase or participate in Within You services.

Within You does not accept clients who are currently taking antidepressant medication.

This is a business and service-eligibility policy. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation concerning medication.

You must not stop, reduce, increase, or otherwise modify prescribed medication to participate in a Within You service. All medication decisions must be discussed with and directed by your prescribing physician or another appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

By booking a session, you confirm that the eligibility information you provide is complete and accurate.

Within You reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service when eligibility requirements are not met or when a service is not considered appropriate within the scope of the practice.

5. Regression Sessions

Regression sessions are offered as spiritual, introspective, and experiential practices. They are not psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, psychological treatment, or medical treatment.

Regression sessions are conducted without hypnosis. You remain conscious and may request a pause or end the session at any time.

A regression experience may involve thoughts, emotions, sensations, imagery, memories, impressions, or personal narratives. These experiences may be influenced by imagination, memory, expectation, interpretation, or other factors.

Within You does not represent or guarantee that information experienced during regression is an objectively accurate historical event, recovered memory, past-life event, or factual account.

Do not use a regression experience as the sole basis for making medical, legal, financial, relationship, safety-related, or other significant decisions.

6. Telekinesis Remote Viewing and Related Practices

Remote viewing, telekinesis, psychokinesis, and related lessons or exercises are offered for education, personal exploration, experiential practice, and entertainment.

Testimonials and descriptions of past client experiences represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another client will receive the same or similar results.

9. Client Responsibility

You voluntarily choose to participate in the selected service and remain responsible for your interpretations, decisions, actions, health, safety, emotional well-being, and personal choices before, during, and after participation.

Maria Volkova does not make medical, psychological, legal, financial, relationship, career, or other significant decisions for clients.

10. Booking and Payment

All sessions must be booked through the approved Within You booking system or another method authorized by Within You.

Prices, session lengths, availability, and included services are displayed on the applicable booking page. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed and paid for.

A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation.

11. Cancellations Rescheduling and Refunds

You are responsible for having:

• A private and reasonably quiet environment

• Access to the meeting link before the session begins

Within You is not responsible for interruptions caused by your equipment, internet connection, environment, or third-party video platform.

If a significant technical problem originates from Within You and prevents the session from continuing, the session may be rescheduled.

13. Privacy and Confidentiality

Within You intends to treat private session conversations with discretion and respect and will not intentionally disclose personally identifying information without your authorization, except when disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.

Because Within You does not provide licensed healthcare, psychotherapy, or legal services, communications should not be assumed to carry doctor-patient, psychotherapist-patient, attorney-client, or another legally protected professional privilege.

Personal information collected through the website is also governed by the Within You Privacy Policy.

14. Optional Recording

Recording is not required to receive services.

Maria Volkova may occasionally request permission to record video of the Practitioner during a session for educational, informational, website, social-media, promotional, or business-content purposes.

Recording requires your separate consent. Declining recording permission will not affect your ability to book or participate.

Within You will not intentionally display your face, name, contact information, or other directly identifying information in published content without additional permission.

15. Testimonials

If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, or other feedback, you authorize Within You to use it only according to the permission you provide.

Within You will not intentionally publish personally identifying information beyond what you have authorized.

You retain the right to share an honest opinion about your experience. Nothing in these Terms is intended to prohibit or penalize an honest consumer review.

16. Website Content

Website content is provided for general informational, educational, spiritual, and personal-development purposes.

Within You makes reasonable efforts to present information accurately but does not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every person.
