Cancellation Policy

All Within You sessions are provided online by appointment only and must be booked and paid for in advance through the website. The link to Zoom will be send via email or phone number. Eligibility: Within You does not accept bookings from individuals who are currently taking antidepressant medication or who are currently under the care of a psychiatrist for psychiatric or mental-health treatment. If either applies to you, please do not book a session. This eligibility requirement is a Within You service policy and is not medical advice. Please do not stop, reduce, or change any prescribed medication or discontinue professional mental-health care in order to become eligible for a session. Clients must be 18 years of age or older and meet all eligibility requirements for the selected service. Please join your appointment on time from a quiet, private location with a stable internet connection. Late arrival may reduce your available session time. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a refund in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. By completing a booking, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to the Within You Client Agreement, Disclaimer, Booking Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
